Therapists for Armenia values your experience while using this Site and created this Agreement to make you fully aware of your respective legal rights and obligations while using the Site. By using the Site located at therapistsforarmenia.org and related forums, mobile website and social media pages, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether or not you register or subscribe as a member of Therapists for Armenia (“Member”). If you wish to become a Member and/or make use of the service (the “Service”), please read this Agreement as it contains important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and obligations. We encourage you to also read our Privacy Statement.

Online Service Agreement

By accessing and/or using the Therapists for Armenia site or becoming a Member, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as you use the Site. Therapists for Armenia may edit or modify the Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted on this page so we encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Your continued use of the Site and the Forums following Therapists for Armenia’s posting of revised terms of any section of the Agreement will constitute your express and binding acceptance of and consent to the revised Agreement.

Copyright Notice and Terms

All videos, articles, images, domain names, designs, logos and other materials on this Site are copyright protected. You may not copy, duplicate, redistribute, republish, sell, display, download, reuse, store in a database, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any of Therapists for Armenia content without our express written consent. You may NOT download Therapists for Armenia content (outside of YouTube’s share tools) and re-upload it to other blogs, YouTube channels, social media platforms or other online platforms. You may not transcribe content from Therapists for Armenia videos and post as online articles, audio, flash cards, DVDs or other resource material. Doing so violates copyright law. You may not sell Therapists for Armenia content or videos on a website and offer them for sale directly or charge a membership fee indirectly for access to Therapists for Armenia resources. You may not use any of the images or the image of Therapists for Armenia in promotional materials, content or advertisement without Therapists for Armenia’s express written consent.

You agree never to attempt to gather private or personal information from this Site, domain, server, or any related Therapists for Armenia platforms. Harvesting emails, hacking, gathering information, or data mining is strictly prohibited, illegal, and will be pursued legally. Please have respect for users of this Site.

DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

Therapists for Armenia respects the intellectual property rights of others just as it expects third parties to respect its rights. Pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown notice to us by sending us an email to info@therapistsforarmenia.org. To submit a good faith infringement claim to us, you must submit notice to us that sets forth the following information:

NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT – CLAIM

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner);
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. [Please submit the URL of the page in question to assist us in identifying the allegedly infringing material];
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party including your name, physical address, email address and phone number.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright agent; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of the Notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 6 above, and pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, We may give you notice that we have removed or disabled access to certain material by means of a general notice on any SLG Service, electronic mail to a user’s e-mail address in our records, or by written communication sent by first-class mail to your physical address in our records. If you receive such a notice, you may provide counter-notification in writing to the designated agent that includes the information below. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
 
  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement from you under the penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
  4. Your name, physical address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your physical address is located, or if your physical address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which SLG may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of allegedly infringing material or an agent of such person.

Donation Policy

Therapists for Armenia accepts monetary contributions of any amount. Please note Therapists for Armenia is not a non-profit at this time to which you can make tax-deductible charitable contributions and all contributions will be used at the discretion of Therapists for Armenia. Once a donation is made using the website, the transaction is final and cannot be disputed or reversed unless it was made fraudulently. If you become aware of any fraudulent use of your debit card, credit card or PayPal account you should report this to your card operator or to PayPal in accordance with their reporting rules.

User Content and Material

Therapists for Armenia does review, control or direct the communications, content, materials or users’ actions on the website and is not responsible for the content or information users transmit, share or post on Therapists for Armenia Site and Forums. Therapists for Armenia Site does not make warranty or guarantees with respect to any content and/or services provided or generated by Members and disclaim all responsibility, liability and conditions, whether expressed or implied for any Member content and materials published on the Therapists for Armenia Website and Forums, including compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You agree to hold Therapists for Armenia harmless in connection with any dispute or claim you make against any other member and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim. We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on Therapists for Armenia Site.

Registration and Account Security

By using Therapists for Armenia Site and Services, you agree to the following:

  1. You will not provide any false personal information or create more than one personal account.
  2. You will not share your password or let anyone else access your account.

Sharing Your Content and Information

The content and materials you post on our social media will be made public. Termination

Therapists for Armenia reserves the right, in sole discretion, to delete or modify Site posts, revoke membership to the Site, block access to the Site, modify your account profile, or modify any user content on the Site if the information raises doubts about whether you have complied with the Agreement or is deemed to be:

  • Infringing upon the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark rights, rights of privacy, confidential information or any other intellectual property rights of another.
  • Offensive, abusive, racist, sexually explicit, promoting violence or hatred on grounds of disability, race, gender, religion or sexual orientation.
  • Requesting or soliciting information regarding illegal activities. This includes illegally photocopied/scanned materials.
  • Using, downloading, copying or providing to a person or entity any portion of the Therapists for Armenia Site, directory or any portion thereof other than for personal, noncommercial purposes.
  • Sending messages to users for any purpose other than personal communication, including, but not limited to, promoting advertising, offering, recruiting or soliciting to sell
