Breathing

Breathing is so important to regulate our body. It impacts both physical and mental health. Breathing is the way our body regulates itself. It helps to calm and relax the mind and body, reducing tension and anxiety, and improving concentration and memory. If breathing is not calm, it can trigger anxiety, headaches, asthma, anger, chronic pain, GI distress, panic attacks, chest discomfort, etc.
