Birthright Armenia Alumni MicroGrant Awarded to Support Research & Development of Azad 3D

We are very excited for our Azad 3D- 3D Printed Devices for Independent Living project to be selected as a recipient of the Birthright Armenia Alumni Microgrant! Many of TFA’s members are Birthright Armenia alumni and have maintained connections with their volunteer sites. TFA member and Speech Language Pathologist, Kelsey Pepper, volunteered with Lousé Foundation in 2018. Lousé is also a partner of our Azad 3D project, as they provide rehabilitation services for children with developmental disabilities and have robotics courses for youth learning 3D printing. With this grant, Lousé Foundation was awarded $2,000 to support a needs assessment and pilot testing of the first 3D printed adaptive equipment items.

Stay tuned as we bring this vision to life—and take another step toward a more inclusive and supportive future for all. Thank you Birthright Armenia for supporting our vision!
